I grew up in a traditional tea shop in Hong Kong.
Tea has been part of my life for more than 30 years.
From gongfu tea to aged pu-erh, tea is not just a drink, but a culture and a way of life.
Through UK Teaman, I hope to introduce the real side of tea to more people in the UK.
